Technology Resources

Here are digital tools that you can use to connect and communicate:

Flip Grid

Teachers create discussion topics and students reply and interact with videos created using their webcam.  Free!

Padlet

Padlet is a free website (with options for paid upgrades) that acts like a virtual wall where people can add any type of content (text, video, audio) from any device. Click here to contribute to a padlet about your favorite technology tool (click anywhere on the screen to bring up a text box - feel free to type, record or video!)

ThingLink

Thinglink is a website that allows you to embed content on an image.  We used it in our course to create a digital learning environment inventory.  Here is the link to the one I created. See below for a fun one created by someone from Google!

Zoom

Another great resource to explore...

Visit this link and view the Technology Toolkit created by former Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellow, Sara Krakauer, who provides a wealth of resources in the following categories: clicking, commenting, conversing, creating, and connecting.
