In February, Mrs. Cummings and I went to Washington, DC to learn more about global education and to meet the people I would be traveling with to the Philippines. We decided to try some Filipino food and went to a restaurant called the Purple Patch. The first four dishes are made with meat; the last three are desserts. Click on each picture and you can see the description below it. Which main dish and which dessert would you most like to try? If you come to Filipino Culture Night on Wednesday, May 25th, you will get to try two of these!
