My last day in Istanbul!

I spent Saturday visiting Emigran Park, one of the biggest parks in Istanbul. There were playgrounds, fountains, benches, picnic tables and workout areas. In April, they have a Tulip Festival in Istanbul, with over 20 million tulips! After I left the park, I walked along the Bosporus, watching the fisherman. I then went to Pierre Loti Hill where I took a cable car to the top and had delicious apple tea, while I enjoyed the beautiful view. I walked down a path that wound through a large cemetery.

Hi Cole,
The apple tea tasted like a combination of hot apple cider and tea (and it wasn't too sweet!)

Hi Trinity - one of the menu items at McDonalds is a Kofteburger, made of ground meat with mint and a yogurt sauce. I didn't have one but it sounds really good! Mason, I wasn't scared on the carts because I've been on similar ones before - I was too busy looking at the beautiful view! Ethan, I didn't use the park equipment but I wish I had taken the time to do so! Aiden, I'm not sure how high the hill was but it took me about twenty minutes to climb from the bottom to the top! Tapangah, my favorite part of the trip was meeting the librarians from all over the world; my favorite view was from the top of Pierre Loti Hill, where the cable cars went up.

Hi Fiona, Xander and Ava -
Fiona, one of my favorite things on the playground were small square trampolines built into the ground (they dug a hole about two feet below so you could bounce). I saw four of these, with lots of children jumping on them. Xander, I like the colors of the school, too! Ava, the stores looked a lot like our stores except they were narrow and deep! There was also a huge mall with a roller coaster in it!

Hi Skylar,
That's a good description of the cat's look! I think because I stopped and took a photo!
